Basque 44 is a vetted, private members club created for Black professional women who have already proven themselves — and who are ready to build something greater than themselves, together.

We are a room with no ceiling. A trusted space where the conversations are real, the connections are permanent, and the collective power of the women present is unlike anything that has existed before.

Our name carries intention. Our number carries meaning. Every woman who walks through this door is here because she was chosen — and because she chose to show up.

Basque 44 membership is earned through demonstrated excellence, vetted through a rigorous selection process, and confirmed by a council of existing members. We are building a room where every woman present elevates every other woman present.

Professional Achievement — You are a recognized leader in your field — an executive, entrepreneur, partner, founder, or senior professional with a documented record of impact.
Character & Integrity — Your reputation precedes you. You are known for how you treat people, not just what you have accomplished.
Contribution Mindset — You come to give as much as you receive. You believe in the multiplication of shared knowledge and collective elevation.
Cultural Alignment — You understand the specific weight, beauty, and necessity of this space. You don't need it explained. You've been waiting for it.
Sponsorship — New members are introduced by an existing member who stakes her personal reputation on your candidacy.
